The Blackhawks 14U-A team went 2-1 in NORCAL playoff round-robin play, starting with a loss to the Jr Sharks before coming back to beat the Vacaville Jets and shutout the Stockton Colts.  They rematched against the Jets in the finals, beating them 5-4 to take the NORCAL Championship and earn a spot in the CAHA playoffs.

In the CAHA state playoffs, they beat the Jr. Kings 8-4 and fell to the Goldrush(1) 3-2.  The Hawks had defeated the Vacaville Jets three times in the regular season and twice in the NORCAL playoffs, but suffered an overtime loss to the Jets (3-2).  The Jets went on to beat the Kings in the finals.
