Each team will need to elect and fill the following positions.

Team Director
Duties include: Maintains team book and present official records at all tournaments.  Is the main conduit for communications to the Head Coach. Represents team parents on all grievance issues.  Must attend all monthly board meetings and communicate this information to team  parents and coaches.  Assists First Vice President with fund-raising.  This position is best filled by returning members of the Club.

Team Manager
Duties include: Makes arrangements for all off-ice officials at home games.  These positions are Score Keeper, Penalty Box, Goal Judge, Scoreboard.  Also responsible for team banner, game pucks, water bottles, and various equipment repairs.

Tournament Manager
Duties include:  Will identify potential tournaments to coaches and parents.  Will assist in the decision making process to select tournaments.  Is responsible for tournament finances.  Will coordinate team travel reservations.

Team Parent
Duties include:  Responsible for phone tree, after game dinners and activities, post season party and any team gifts to coaches.  If desired by team, schedules drinks and snacks for after games.

Communications Manager
Duties include:  Reports and coordinates team news to the Puck Post Editor and the Web Master on a monthly basis.
